Privacy Policy
This site collects as little as it can. There is no account to create, no newsletter, no comment system and nothing to log in to, which removes most of the reasons a website usually holds data about its visitors.
What We Collect
Standard server logs, of the kind every web host records: the address of the request, the time, the page requested, the referring page and the browser's user agent. They are used to keep the site running and to see which pages are read, and they are not combined with anything else or used to build a profile.
What We Do Not Collect
We do not ask for your name, your email address, your phone number or any payment detail, because there is nothing on this site that would require them. We do not collect gaming account information, and we would have no use for it if it were offered.
Cookies
The site uses only what is needed to display pages correctly — for example, remembering that a notice has been dismissed. There is no advertising network here and no cross-site tracking. Your browser's settings can block or clear cookies at any time, and this site will continue to work normally if you do.
Analytics
Where basic analytics are in use, they are limited to aggregate page counts. We do not attempt to identify individual visitors and we do not share data with advertisers, because there are none.
Links to Other Sites
Some pages link outward, for example to a public health resource. Once you follow such a link you are on somebody else's site, under their privacy practices rather than ours, and we would encourage reading them — particularly on any site connected with gaming.
Data Retention and Security
Server logs are kept for a short period and then discarded. The site is served over an encrypted connection. Since we hold no personal information beyond those logs, there is very little for anybody to obtain from us.
Your Controls
Because we hold no account data, the strongest privacy controls available here are the ones already in your browser: clearing cookies, blocking scripts and using private browsing. All of them work on this site without any loss of function.
Children
This site is not directed at anyone under the legal age for real-money gaming in their jurisdiction, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.
Changes
If this policy changes, the revised version will appear on this page. Given how little the site collects, substantial changes are unlikely.
